Horrible Customer Service
Ebay has the worst CS of any company I have seen. They make alot of money, but they are still infants when it comes to good business. I was paying them on average 2000 per month as a seller and still could not speak to anyone on a phone. As a powerseller, they still would not answer emails correctly or on time. The biggest idiots I came across were Mario (Trust and Safety), Skip (Trust and Safety), Kenzo (on behalf of Bill Cobb) and Beckett (on behalf of Bill Cobb). These fools do not realize that people actually try to run legitimate businesses on ebay and take it as some kind of joke. When people like this have the power to screw around with your account status, you are at their mercy. I would never recommend anyone to sell on ebay again. Go for a website. Sellers are slowly realizing that it is virtually impossible to make money on ebay and pulling out. Skype and paypal are the only positives for this overblown company.
