Where do i begin? Do I have enuff space for a book? Okay, I'll start with: "ebay Sucks royal a....Hmmm. Couldn't finish the sentence. Guess it is just as well. Anyway, I?m going to give you major reasons why eBay sucks royal, um, royally. I was more of a buyer than a seller, but sold things occasionally on ebay. Well, on two of my auctions, two different sellers (I guess who had same items, who knows ?) contacted my bidders and said that my items were fake. Well, one of the buyers no longer wanted the item she had won, so I jumped through hoops to file a complaint against the person who had ?interfered in the sale?, reached a myriad of totally ?slow? (yes, mentally) representative who kept referring me back to the?e-mail us? link, which told me I could not do anything without the message headers, which of course I did not have. All I had were the e-mails which were forwarded to me by the people who received them. Well, frustratingly ridiculous as that seems, it getg better. The next night I receive and e-mail from ebay saying my account was suspended because I have (had) two different screen-names. DUH! They specifically TOLD me to open a new name (a long time before seller interference issue) because I did not remember my password to my old account and they could not verify it was me(??!??). Then, to add insult to injury, my new item which was selling: ReD Hot suede fashion boots? was canceled and I was advised that I would not be eligible to receive my fees back. Which brings me to the greatest reason as to why ebay sucks (!!!!) I would up paying $30 one month and $60 the next, to sell a total of maybe 5 items. THEY made more off of their hidden ?final value fee? than I did! So, reasoning stands that I would dispute the hidden and extra charges, but that only brings us back to (you got it) getting a hold of a rep that doesn?t have silly putty for a brain ? and thinking, just maybe, hoping a tiny bit, that you will be able to prove ebay wrong, through ebay ? ungh yeah, fat chance.
